Progress and Achievements
What progress and achievements have you made?
Thanks to everyone that came to our last meeting. The topic was reflecting on our progress and achievements in managing difficulties in relation to OCD and other problems.
Members shared for example how they have been able to reduce the amount of times they check, or to not get annoyed or feel they have to start again when going through a checking routine. People also discussed how they had managed to finish projects despite self doubt and also a member shared how they had managed to reduce what they hoard. It is important to give yourself credit for what you achieve- all progress is progress!
