Different Types of OCD

Hi all,
One of our lovely members have sent this video to us. We thought it might be interesting to watch and we could maybe discuss as part of our topic, at the meeting, this month.
We will be looking at different Types of OCD.
Check out this link below, it considers obsessive thinking in relationships.
We would would love to hear what you think?

Remember to pop back and we can carry on the discussions in the forum or for those who aren’t able to make the meetings.
Cheers Rachel x

Hi all! Rachel here 👋🏻
Hope you are all keeping well.
Thanks to everyone who could attend the meeting on Monday. We discussed different subtypes of OCD.
We considered contamination, symmetry, checking, intrusive thoughts and had a discussion around our experiences of some or all of these.
(For more info please visit- https://www.ocduk.org/ocd/types/ )
I certainly found some similarities in some of my behaviours such as having to shower and wash in a certain order otherwise I wouldn’t feel clean.
Does anyone have an experienced they would be happy to share?
Take Care, Rachel xx
I really enjoyed reading this post, big fan. Keep up the good work
